Promoting and supporting the missions of the Catholic Church

Missio Sancta is an independent, apolitical association composed of lay volunteers whose goal is to provide material and spiritual support for the Catholic Church's religious and social missionary work among the poorest of the poor, to visit isolated priests and nuns, and to encourage them in their missions. It donates 100% of donations to the Catholic missions it supports.

Who are we ?

Missio Sancta is the continuation of another association founded in 2004 on the initiative of Edouard Montier, the Réseau des entrepreneurs solidaires (Network of Solidarity Entrepreneurs) or RES. For some twenty years, RES has supported around forty religious congregations in ten countries to feed, house and care for more than a million poor people.

Mission Sancta upholds the same principles of assisting the poorest alongside Catholic missionaries, while also caring for religious men and women and their means of fulfilling their vocation.

Means of action

Thanks to donations from benefactors and donors, the association finances the needs of missions after visiting them on site.
